Pilot agents are strictly prohibited from recruiting any agents currently affiliated with eXp Realty. This program is exclusively for non-eXp agents who are either actively licensed with an outside brokerage or hold an inactive license with no brokerage affiliation. Any participant who recruits or attempts to recruit a current eXp agent will be immediately terminated from the program.
Participation is limited to non-eXp agents licensed in the following five states: California, Georgia, New Jersey, Oregon, and Texas. Agents licensed outside of these 5 states are not eligible to join through this program at this time.
Recruiting outside of the 5 states listed above will result in you receiving no credit, compensation, or benefits for your efforts, and could jeopardize your ability to remain active in the pilot program, including possible suspension or termination.
Depending on the overall success, engagement levels, and outcomes of this pilot, eXp Realty may consider expanding the program into additional states at a later date, providing broader opportunities for participation and growth.
